JAKARTA – Juventus akhirnya resmi menjadi Juara Liga Italia musim 2017-2018 setelah bermain seri melawan AS Roma, Senin (14/5/2018).
Bermain di Stadion Olimpico markas dari Roma, Juve bermain dalam kepercayaan diri penuh usai menjadi menjuarai Coppa Italia tengah pekan lalu. Sementara itu Roma yang sudah lolos ke Liga Champions musim depan berlaga mempertahankan kehormatannya di depan publiknya sendiri.
Juventus akhirnya meraih Scudetto untuk ketujuhkalinya secara beruntun atau yang ke-34 secara keseluruhan setelah bermain imbang 0-0. Tambahan satu poin membuat poin Bianconeri menjadi 92 dan tidak mungkin lagi terkejar oleh pesaing terdekatnya Napoli.
Scudetto ini sekaligus membuat Juve meraih gelar ganda untuk keempat kalinya di bawah asuh Massimiliano Allegri secara berturut-turut.
Sementara itu, Napoli yang bermain dalam waktu bersamaan melawan Sampdoria di Stadion Luigi Ferraris dalam partai wajib menang meraih poin penuh usai mengalahkan Il Samp dengan skor 2-0.

Gol kemenangan Napoli diciptakan Arkadiusz Milk di menit 72 memanfaatkan assist yang dibuat Allan. Tambahan gol datang dari Raul Albiol di menit 80. Tambahan tiga angka membuat poin Napoli menjadi 88.
Juventus di laga terakhir di Alliaz Stadium akan berhadapan dengan Hellas Verona sedangkan Napoli ditantang Crotone pada 20 Mei.
